Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing a combination of historical data, specialized assessments, and clinical reasoning to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment goals clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in the goal-setting process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and adjust therapy techniques based on patient progress and changing healthcare conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and address any issues that may arise during rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries that reflect comprehensive care paths.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
