Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from various conditions, including injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses, to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a combination of methodologies such as hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and state-of-the-art equipment to promote pain relief, enhance mobility, and improve overall function.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, keeping detailed records of treatments and outcomes to ensure patient-centered care and effective rehabilitation.
• Continuously assess and modify treatment plans based on patients' evolving needs and therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and self-care strategies to support long-term recovery.
• Remain engaged in professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and networking within professional organizations to stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a therapist will involve addressing various diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurologic, and post-operative conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey is essential.

Preferred Experience
