Key Responsibilities

• You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to patients referred by their physicians, using best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Engage with patients through effective communication, demonstrating empathy and understanding to foster a trusting relationship.
• Administer therapeutic interventions across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, each customized to address specific patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes through coordinated efforts in care delivery.
• Utilize software and documentation systems to track patient progress, ensuring compliance with established goals and treatment plans.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them to engage in their recovery and rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by APTA or CAPTE.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Proficient in word processing and electronic health record software, ensuring accurate documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of prior experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
