Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians to determine their specific physical therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that address patients' goals and adhere to best practices in physical therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based care methodologies while working directly with patients to maximize their functional recovery.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in various therapeutic specialties, ensuring personalized treatment aligned with physician directives.
• Foster relationships with patients and their families through effective education and consultation regarding treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, utilizing appropriate assessment tools and communication channels to maintain continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and patient care practices.
• Contribute positively to the clinic environment by demonstrating customer service excellence and teamwork with other healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) as mandated by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current CPR certification and familiarity with emergency protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with a range of treatment modalities and evidence-based practices targeted at injury prevention and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits
