Work Environment

The position is based in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Lincroft, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care environment, focusing on their recovery from injuries, surgeries, or debilitating conditions.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques such as exercise, stretching, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes in therapy goals.
• Educate and train patients, caregivers, and family members on appropriate physical therapy procedures and the use of assistive devices to promote independence and safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and networking opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• State License in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills.
• A flexible and adaptable mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not mandatory, any clinical exposure or internships will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 annually. In addition, our generous benefits package includes:
