Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' conditions to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique goals and needs.
• Manage a caseload effectively, allowing for comprehensive attention to each individual.
• Provide outpatient orthopedic care, drawing upon your two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Implement cost-effective and innovative treatment options to enhance patients' mobility and functional abilities.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective rehabilitation services, minimizing reliance on medications through non-surgical alternatives.
• Formulate versatile care plans incorporating a diverse range of therapeutic approaches and fitness programs.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment interventions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, with a preference for WebPT.
• Educate and encourage patients in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to foster an environment of integrated care and mutual support.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of New Jersey with a clean record, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• A strong command of various manual therapy techniques and a demonstrated ability to develop effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using EMR software, ideally WebPT, for precise and timely documentation.
• A comprehensive understanding of current physical therapy methodologies supported by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years' experience is required, candidates with advanced experience in outpatient orthopedic care and specialized training in manual therapy are preferred. Compensation and Benefits

At C.A.R.E Physical Therapy, PLLC, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
