Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their functional limitations and disabilities, and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide expert consultation to healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients.
• Deliver high-quality patient interactions, adhering to our customer service standards, regardless of patients' age or cultural background.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and charge submissions accurately, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and professional standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary discussions, maintaining open communication with other healthcare professionals, physicians, and referral sources.
• Contribute to leadership functions such as community outreach initiatives, marketing efforts, and program development to enhance departmental services.
• Mentor and supervise assigned support staff, aiding in their professional development.
• Engage in continuous professional development through reading, attending seminars, and participating in in-service trainings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and must remain current.
