Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians.
• Design, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities, including but not limited to manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Provide detailed assessments and documentation to track patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to enhance holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support rehabilitation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, maintaining effective communication and rapport with patients.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to achieving the clinic's overall business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Lumturi, you will cater to a diverse patient population, treating individuals with conditions spanning orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid CPR certification and ability to act decisively in emergency situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including documentation systems and word processing.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships that help patients reach and exceed their functional goals.
• A proactive and positive attitude toward patient connections, treatment approaches, and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, applicants with additional experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation or pediatric therapy will be given preference. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and proficiency with patient management software are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, complemented by a robust benefits package. This package includes:
