Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Phoenix Spine and Sports Medicine, your day-to-day functions will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environment to assess their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise, stretching, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices as necessary.
• Continuously monitoring and documenting patient progress, treatment responses, and making necessary adjustments to the therapeutic approaches to meet established goals.
• Educating patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic exercises and safe practices for recovery and mobility enhancement.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
