Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist with Joint Ventures, you will work primarily onsite through home care services, allowing you to engage closely with patients in their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy interventions to help patients recover mobility and enhance their overall physical function.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the specific needs and goals of each patient, ensuring treatment plans are tailored accordingly.
• Manage a balanced caseload, dedicating sufficient time and focus to each patient to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies, utilizing a variety of techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs designed to support mobility enhancement and pain reduction.
• Develop, document, and revise comprehensive care plans, ensuring they reflect the patient's changing conditions and objectives.
• Foster strong motivation in patients through ongoing encouragement and support during their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and track patient progress, ensuring holistic support.
• Utilize Web PT electronic medical records (EMR) software to maintain precise documentation of treatment sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other mobility challenges. Our goal is to provide compassionate and effective therapy that minimizes the need for surgical interventions and medications, emphasizing holistic and non-invasive strategies. Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Hold a current, active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with a clean professional record, including no sanctions or board actions.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in various manual therapy techniques.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in designing and implementing successful exercise rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient abilities.
• Be familiar with using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure thorough documentation of patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based physical therapy practices and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with home care services and understanding of unique challenges and workflows associated with this environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
