Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique physical therapy needs.
• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, strengthening exercises, and functional training, to facilitate recovery and improve patients' physical capabilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by engaging meaningfully with patients and their families, ensuring they feel supported throughout their treatment process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes, sharing insights and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercises, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation in alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
• Achieve established utilization goals and contribute to clinic performance metrics, ensuring that all operational objectives are met.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy state license or the eligibility to obtain one.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association must be maintained.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to foster relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Competence in word processing and general computer skills is required for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not required.
• Two years of relevant physical therapy experience, particularly in a home care or outpatient setting, is advantageous.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, along with a robust benefits package.
