Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings while aligning with best practices and professional standards.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans to ensure patients' progress and recovery, demonstrating proficiency in documentation and billing procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care and optimize the continuum of care for patients.
• Foster a positive environment by effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare staff, ensuring continuity, education, and support throughout the treatment process.
• Engage in community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and program development within the rehabilitation department.
• Mentor junior staff and students in their clinical education, extending your expertise while fostering an environment of learning.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development programs to keep skills current and compliant with state and national standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working with a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is necessary to practice in the state of New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
