Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' goals and conditions, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that enhance mobility and prevent further injury, utilizing a variety of techniques including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress by evaluating treatment outcomes and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and promote healthy lifestyle choices that enhance long-term wellness.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation through goal-setting and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is required.
• Demonstrated strength in manual therapy techniques and developing exercise protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, along with performance bonuses.
