Work Environment

Our outpatient office operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced approach to work and ensuring our therapists maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand patients' needs, establishing clear goals for treatment that are aligned with their individual circumstances.
• Manage a patient caseload, focusing on one patient per hour to ensure quality care and individualized attention.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create and implement effective rehabilitation plans involving manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness programs addressing the unique restorative needs of each patient.
• Educate patients about enhancing their physical functioning through prescribed exercises and lifestyle modification.
• Monitor the progress of treatment interventions, making necessary adjustments based on patient outcomes and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care, providing referrals and consultations as necessary.
• Document all aspects of patient care services provided, tracking progress and maintaining clear communication both within the team and with patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals who have sustained orthopedic injuries or require rehabilitation post-surgery. We cater to a diverse population that ranges from athletes needing sports-specific rehabilitation to seniors seeking to increase mobility and function. Our patients come from various backgrounds, all aiming to reclaim their independence and improve their daily lives, making your role critical in each unique journey.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and maintain a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions or board sanctions against the license is essential.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid knowledge of exercise protocols tailored to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience using EMR software, particularly WebPT, to document patient interactions and treatment plans effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desired, allowing for a seamless integration into our team and patient care protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based interventions that lead to successful patient outcomes.
• Skills in patient motivation and education to foster a proactive approach to their health and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
