Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize diverse techniques, such as exercise regimens, therapeutic modalities, and manual therapy methods.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, documenting and adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies and effective home exercises to enhance recovery.
• Remain informed on industry advancements by attending workshops and engaging in continuous education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily focus on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or conditions affecting mobility and physical function. Our diverse patient population includes children, adults, and seniors, each requiring customized care tailored to their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and treatment planning.
• A positive attitude and a highly adaptable mindset to meet the dynamic needs of patients.

Preferred Experience
