Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, individualized physical therapy interventions to patients, encouraging them to actively participate in their rehabilitation process.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients' physical status to establish baselines for treatment, setting measurable goals for recovery.
• Maintain an optimal caseload, ensuring that each patient receives ample attention and support tailored to their specific needs.
• Deliver specialized orthopedic outpatient care, implementing progressive rehabilitation techniques to enhance mobility and functionality.
• Develop and oversee customized fitness and wellness programs, targeting key areas such as strength, flexibility, and endurance.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes and ensure alignment with patient goals.
• Advocate for non-pharmacological treatment methods, focusing on empowering patients to manage their conditions through therapeutic means.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population you'll work with ranges from active Adults to older adults requiring rehabilitation from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Each patient has unique challenges that require personalized interventions focused on achieving individual recovery and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and clean Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Solid understanding of orthopedic principles and practice, complemented by experience in outpatient settings.
• Proficiency in various assessment techniques and manual therapy interventions to provide optimal patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and continuing education reimbursement.
