Work Environment

This full-time position is conducted onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility in the heart of Morristown, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with various disabilities and functional limitations, devising individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide education and consultation to both patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment protocols and discharge plans.
• Engage with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care effectively, fostering open communication concerning treatment approaches and patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately using electronic health record systems while maintaining compliance with documentation standards.
• Supervise and support assigned staff, including physical therapy aides and students, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Participate in departmental meetings, clinical education, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge within the physical therapy field.
• Promote community outreach initiatives and quality improvement efforts as part of your leadership role within the department.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
