Work Environment

In this role, Physical Therapists will work onsite in clients' homes throughout Morristown and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive physical therapy treatments aimed at preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, and optimizing muscle function based on individualized care plans.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans while adhering to clinical policies.
• Evaluate clients' functional levels using various diagnostic tests to develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Conduct assessments of clients' home environments, proposing adaptations and modifications to enhance their independence where necessary.
• Administer therapeutic procedures, including manual exercises and physical agents, while educating clients on their therapeutic routines.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to discussions on treatment goals and collaborative care strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, care plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and education to clients and their families regarding the use of therapeutic devices and overall care plans.
• Respond promptly to client needs, adapting treatment protocols to reflect their evolving conditions and goals.

This role focuses predominantly on adults who require support to regain functionality and independence following surgeries, injuries, or chronic health conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
