Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with patients to assess their physical condition and gather relevant medical history.
• Diagnose movement impairments and develop customized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Educate patients on the proper execution of therapeutic exercises, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Administer therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, massage, and stimulation to promote healing.
• Assist patients in the proficient use of mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting progress toward goals and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide comprehensive guidance to patients and their families on in-home treatments and rehabilitation exercises.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
