Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated full-time Physical Therapists to join our team at Camel Physical Therapy Solutions, located in scenic Morris Plains, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is onsite, providing a unique opportunity to work closely with patients in their home environments. Our home care setting allows therapists to personalize treatments based on individual living situations and resources. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations that include reviewing medical histories, performing physical assessments, and determining treatment recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in setting realistic goals.
• Implement individual therapeutic exercises and treatments designed to enhance mobility, strength, and function, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate records that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Foster therapeutic relationships with patients, encouraging their active participation and motivation throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercises and wellness strategies that promote long-term health.
• Continuously assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals requiring rehabilitation services in the home care setting. These include patients recovering from surgeries, chronic pain issues, neurological disorders, and post-acute care needs. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Ability to work independently as well as a part of a collaborative home care team.
• Effective communication skills for clear interactions with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in home health care is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

• Experience in developing and executing individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits
