Trigger Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and passionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated home care team in Parsippany, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is onsite and primarily involves providing care in patients' homes. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you a structured schedule that allows a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on the assessed needs of your patients, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized.
• Manage a patient caseload of one patient per hour, maintaining high-quality care standards while also ensuring efficiency in service delivery.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and other physical therapy modalities to improve patients' mobility and alleviate pain, particularly for those with orthopedic conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes through regular consultations and information sharing.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information, adhering to regulatory standards and documentation protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain issues. You will engage with patients of varying backgrounds and ages, tailoring your approach to meet their specific therapeutic needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing physical therapy services, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Proven history of maintaining a clean license with no disciplinary actions or board actions.
• Strong capability in manual therapy techniques and a thorough understanding of patient-centered care approaches.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of experience is required, candidates with more extensive backgrounds in home care settings or those with specialized certifications in rehabilitation techniques will be viewed favorably. Experience mentoring junior staff or new graduates can also set applicants apart, as we value a culture of learning and growth.

Compensation and Benefits
