Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their homes, understanding their unique needs and medical history.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate various modalities, including therapeutic exercises, stretching maneuvers, and manual therapy techniques, aimed at relieving pain and improving mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, ensuring that all interventions are tracked and evaluated for effectiveness.
• Engage patients in their recovery process by teaching them self-management strategies and guiding them through exercises that aim to restore function.
• Collaborate with caregivers and family members to provide education on assistive devices and proper techniques for supporting mobility and overall health.
• Stay updated with the latest physical therapy practices and techniques by attending professional workshops, pursuing continuing education, and contributing to a culture of learning within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes a diverse range of patients, from children requiring developmental support to adults recovering from surgeries or managing chronic illnesses. Our therapists are skilled in tailoring their approach to accommodate patients with varying levels of physical ability and diagnoses, ensuring safety and efficacy of treatment in each unique situation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills necessary for patient interaction and documentation.

• A high degree of flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of patients and caregivers.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience in a physical therapy role is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
