Work Environment

You will work primarily in clients' homes across Newark, offering you a unique opportunity to engage with patients in their familiar environments. This role allows flexibility in scheduling, enabling you to choose your hours from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical conditions and symptoms, ensuring an accurate assessment of their needs.
• Utilize your expertise to diagnose movement dysfunctions, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility.
• Instruct patients in the effective use of therapeutic exercise techniques, tailoring exercises to align with individual capabilities.
• Provide manual therapy, including massage and stimulations, to promote healing and alleviate pain in patients.
• Assist patients in the effective use of assistive devices, such as wheelchairs or walkers, enhancing their independence and mobility.
• Maintain detailed patient records, documenting evaluations, treatment progress, and evolving goals to facilitate effective communication and continuity of care.
• Advise patients and their families on home treatment options and exercises, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery process.

Qualifications
