Nestled in Morristown, our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced sports medicine technologies to deliver effective treatment for various musculoskeletal issues. Our team is committed to patient-centered care, focusing on personalized treatment plans that encompass promotion, prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitation.

Work Environment

You will work on-site in a collaborative environment alongside a small but highly skilled team, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our dynamic setting encourages open communication and teamwork, allowing you to share best practices and learn from each other. The center operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life schedule, enabling you to focus on patient care while enjoying personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' unique objectives and physical requirements.
• Manage caseloads effectively, typically handling one patient per hour to ensure thorough care.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies conducive to recovery.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, maintaining clear communications within the healthcare team to optimize treatment efficacy.
• Educate and guide patients on wellness strategies, promoting healthy lifestyle changes that improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with other health professionals, including physicians and chiropractors, to offer integrated and holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. With a strong focus on individuals who possess private medical insurance, we prioritize delivering exceptional service tailored to cater to our clients' specific rehabilitation needs. Our approach is centered on being a supportive partner in their recovery process, fostering an environment that encourages patient participation and ownership of their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A clean professional record free from disciplinary actions or board measures.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing tailored exercise programs.
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, such as WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits
