Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical abilities, including strength, range of motion, and functional performance to formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy programs that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, sharing insights and updates about patient progress to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, therapeutic exercises, and preventative strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse range of patients, from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements to individuals rehabilitating from sports injuries or managing long-term conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey license to practice physical therapy is mandatory.

• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, enabling effective treatment planning and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
