Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, analyzing their specific needs to develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions for a range of patients, focusing on orthopedic challenges as well as pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Utilize various treatment modalities and techniques to alleviate pain, restore function, and enhance mobility.
• Act as a pivotal member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide ongoing education and training to patients and their caregivers to enhance compliance and understanding of their rehabilitation process.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, helping them to achieve their functional goals through compassionate and attentive care.
• Meet utilization goals and contribute to achieving clinic business objectives through active engagement in practice development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work primarily with individuals experiencing musculoskeletal issues, including sports injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
