This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within our orthopedic department, with an annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Physical Rehabilitation Inc., your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and creating individualized care plans focused on goal-oriented patient engagement.
• Administering a wide range of rehabilitative treatments, both in the hospital and through home care, to enhance patient recovery timelines and improve functional outcomes.
• Providing specialized therapeutic interventions aligned with the physician's plan of care, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to establish and modify treatment regimens that encourage active patient participation in their rehabilitation.
• Educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and the importance of adherence to recovery protocols outside of therapy sessions.
• Managing caseload priorities, facilitating efficient workflow processes, and coordinating patient assignments among PT colleagues.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is necessary; recent graduates are welcomed to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the latest therapeutic techniques and rehabilitative technology.
