Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Marvels Center, you will be involved in the following:

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, including children, to assess their physical abilities and determine individual needs.
• Develop detailed and effective treatment plans based on evaluation results, ensuring they align with the patients' goals and rehabilitation objectives.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that may include exercises, manual therapy, and modalities tailored to the unique conditions of each client.
• Regularly re-evaluate and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and meet established therapeutic goals.
• Utilize the clinic's electronic record system to complete required documentation, such as SOAP notes and progress summaries, within specified timeframes.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and potential challenges, empowering them with the knowledge to enhance their own recovery.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization targets while aligning with the clinic's business objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care strategies for patients receiving multiple therapeutic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapy services cater to a diverse clientele, including children and adults with various needs and backgrounds. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and through telehealth when clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
