Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing their medical history, performing assessments, and formulating tailored treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting to enhance engagement and compliance.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols based on patients' unique needs and responses, reflecting an understanding of best practices within a changing healthcare landscape.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Swift Health, you will work primarily with outpatient clients ranging from post-operative rehabilitation patients to those managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
