Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for a diverse range of patients, identifying their individual needs and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, while adapting these plans based on ongoing patient assessments and progress.
• Monitor and document patient progress through detailed SOAP notes and treatment summaries within our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment objectives, recovery challenges, and strategies to facilitate healing beyond the therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to explore integrated treatment options for patients receiving multiple types of therapies.
• Promote and embody the core values of PT New Generation LLC, fostering an atmosphere of respect, support, and compassion in all interactions.
• Meet clinic utilization and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population that includes patients of all ages— from children requiring developmental support to adults recovering from injuries or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Must possess current, unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Willingness to conduct both in-person and telehealth evaluations and therapy sessions when clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits
