Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for our diverse clientele, focusing primarily on children and adults.
• Develop, implement, and tailor individualized treatment plans based on clients' evaluations, goals, and continuous assessments.
• Monitor and reassess clinical signs, symptoms, and patients' progress to refine and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and progress in the company's electronic record system, ensuring accuracy and compliance within required timeframes.
• Educate clients and their families regarding their recovery process, reinforcing understanding of potential challenges and strategies for overcoming them.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and contribute positively to overall business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with other professionals within Ensemble Therapy to provide holistic care for clients receiving multiple service types.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments when clinically appropriate.
