Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative methods during therapy sessions to effectively address patients' needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, while adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team that includes physicians, nurses, and additional therapists to ensure our patients receive comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care strategies to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric individuals facing a range of orthopedic conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to managing post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and age-related mobility issues. You will play a crucial role in holistically assessing patients, understanding their lifestyle, and effectively guiding them back to their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.
