Work Environment

Our facility is designed to create a positive and effective therapeutic environment. You will be working onsite, with a predictable schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a perfect work-life balance. Our clinic is equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and tools, ensuring that you have everything you need to provide high-quality care. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient evaluations and needs.
• Treat three patients per hour, with a primary focus on adults aged 40 to 65 who require rehabilitation services.
• Utilize a combination of hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to empower patients in their recovery journey.
• Document patient progress and communicate regularly with referring physicians using CureMD EMR for seamless record-keeping and collaboration.
• Conduct initial assessments and continuous evaluations to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on adult patients, particularly those aged 40 to 65, facing challenges such as post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, or mobility issues. The facility caters to a diverse client population, each with unique barriers to their physical health. Your expertise in rehabilitation will be essential in guiding these individuals towards recovery and helping them achieve their personal health goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher, with a solid theoretical foundation in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey).
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and colleagues.
• Exceptional communication skills to provide clear guidance and education to patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, providing a broad exposure to a variety of patient needs.
• Familiarity with specific rehabilitation techniques and programs, particularly in adult rehabilitation.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably with CureMD or similar systems.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year, accompanied by an attractive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401K with a 3% match, and two weeks of paid time off (PTO).
