Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center offers a comfortable and state-of-the-art facility, designed to meet the needs of our patients and staff. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work schedule that prioritizes your professional and personal well-being. You will be working onsite with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing excellence in physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an adult caseload of patients aged 40-65, focusing on their specific orthopedic recovery needs.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, exercise therapy, and education to empower patients in their recovery.
• Treat an average of three patients per hour, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate effective care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using CureMD EMR software to enhance continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adult patients, aged 40 to 65, who are typically recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Active licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in New Jersey is essential.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective patient interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to assess patient needs and modify treatment protocols as necessary.

Preferred Experience

• While outpatient experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this position. We value enthusiasm and a commitment to patient care.
• Two years of experience in a clinical setting is required to ensure you can handle the varied demands of the role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
