Work Environment

The typical work week consists of Monday through Friday, with expected hours totaling 40 per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to the needs of each patient, ensuring thorough patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a variety of settings, including our outpatient clinic, adhering to physician-recommended plans of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, exercises, and strategies to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and compliance with therapy processes.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and superior health outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to expand awareness of physical therapy benefits and services.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the operational efficiency of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice specializes in a broad range of patient demographics, predominantly focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• State License in Physical Therapy required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
