Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' orthopedic conditions, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to tailor treatments that meet individual needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and progress, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to apply therapeutic techniques effectively, which may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design integrated care plans that enhance patient outcomes and ensure holistic treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, home exercise regimens, and self-management techniques to empower their rehabilitation journey.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and innovate treatment approaches when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients with orthopedic concerns ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Our clientele encompasses a wide demographic, which allows you to develop a broad skill set in treating various conditions, including sports injuries, joint replacements, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required, providing a solid foundation in assessment and treatment methodologies.
• A valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Specialization or demonstrated experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, reflecting your skills and expertise.
