True Motion Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient clinic, where you will work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Our clinic is designed to foster an interactive and supportive environment for both patients and staff. You will be able to utilize our advanced rehabilitation tools and technology to provide effective treatment options. As part of a collaborative clinical team, you will interact with fellow healthcare professionals and support staff, creating an integrated approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services based on comprehensive patient assessments, focusing on unique goals and needs.
• Manage a balanced caseload to provide meaningful and personalized attention to each patient, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to design and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into treatment plans that prioritize cost-effective solutions and minimize reliance on surgical or pharmaceutical interventions.
• Develop and execute detailed care plans, utilizing a range of modalities and therapeutic exercises to enhance patient mobility and function.
• Cultivate wellness programs that cater to the physical fitness needs of patients, encouraging an active lifestyle.
• Motivate and support patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive attitude and encouraging adherence to treatment plans.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and services provided to uphold high standards of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals seeking rehabilitation following surgery or injury. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with a clean record and no history of sanctions.
• Exceptional proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• A proven track record of designing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest physical therapy research and best practices that drive result-oriented patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience working with a diverse patient demographic and adaptability to various treatment protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to educate patients about their conditions and empower them through their treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
