Work Environment

This position will be based onsite in our Woodbridge outpatient office, equipped with state-of-the-art therapy resources and technology. Our typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a predictable routine that allows for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's physical conditions, mobility levels, and functional abilities.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, tailoring interventions to align with specific patient goals.
• Implement hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises using modalities such as heat, cold, or electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Instruct and educate patients on essential concepts including injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and proper body mechanics.
• Continuously monitor patients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and ensure effective recovery.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care aligns with best practices.
• Maintain precise documentation of treatment interventions, patient progress, and outcomes in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied patient demographic including individuals suffering from back and neck pain, osteoarthritis-related joint issues, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation cases, and balance disorders. Our patient-centric approach focuses on understanding each patient's unique story and rehabilitation needs, delivering the highest standard of care to facilitate their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required; those with more extensive backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with advanced rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
