Work Environment

The position will be based onsite, primarily providing home care services directly to patients within their residences. This dynamic setting not only allows for personalized treatment plans but also fosters a unique opportunity to establish strong, trust-based relationships with patients. You will work an estimated 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday, ensuring a consistent patient care regimen while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physical abilities and needs of patients, creating tailored treatment plans that meet the physician's directives.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving functional mobility, strength, and overall physical rehabilitation.
• Provide innovative treatments across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Engage with patients and their caregivers to educate and empower them in their recovery plans, ensuring understanding of exercises and the healing process.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and to track patient progress effectively.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring seamless communication within the healthcare team.
• Foster an environment of exceptional customer service that contributes to the clinic's overall operational effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State licensure in Physical Therapy, with the capability to demonstrate clinical competence.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, complemented by basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
• A genuine passion for building relations with patients.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Two years of experience in a related position is essential to handle diverse patient needs efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
