Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and document treatment interventions that adhere to evidence-based practices, focusing on delivering optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic interventions across a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and exercise routines designed to enhance recovery.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and case planning to maximize patient success.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Meet established utilization goals while contributing to overall business objectives and enhancing service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric individuals, each presenting unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on patient-centric interactions.
• Proficient in using technology and EMR/software systems for patient documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, we welcome recent graduates who are eager to grow and learn in a supportive environment. Experience in outpatient rehabilitation and knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies and practices will be an asset.
