Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and establish personalized treatment plans based on those findings.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and changes in condition meticulously to maintain accurate health records and contribute to care continuity.
• Regularly reevaluate and modify treatment plans to align with patients' evolving goals and provide feedback on their progress to enhance motivation.
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and techniques to empower them in managing conditions independently.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices by attending workshops and participating in relevant professional organizations.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
