Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical therapy needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and pain management strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance recovery and improve patients' functional mobility.
• Document all patient progress and treatment efficacy comprehensively to track outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Regularly re-evaluate treatment goals in light of patient progress and revise strategies as needed to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about self-care techniques and the use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment outcomes and patient progress collaboratively.
• Stay updated with the latest clinical practices by attending workshops and professional conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population ranging from children to the elderly, each presenting unique challenges and recovery needs. We cater to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions, ensuring that each treatment is individualized based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent education, with a focus on best practices in rehabilitation.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and healthcare team members.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation.
• A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

• While not mandatory, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and previous clinical experience in outpatient settings are highly valued.
