Work Environment

The center's operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Move Well Rehab Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough movement and mobility assessments tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans that incorporate the most effective practices and rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to track patient progress and modify treatment protocols as necessary.
• Educate and guide patients through prescribed exercises and rehabilitation programs, ensuring they understand their treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic tools and modalities, such as electronic health records (EHR), to document patient progress and maintain comprehensive records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions requiring rehabilitative care. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensing in the state.

Compensation and Benefits
