Lincoln Assert Motion Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Sayreville, New Jersey. This full-time position caters to individuals in an outpatient orthopedic setting, where you will be at the forefront of rehabilitation and recovery. Work Environment

The work environment is onsite at our outpatient office in Sayreville, NJ, where you will engage with a close-knit team comprising two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and rehabilitation tools that enable us to deliver high-quality therapy tailored to our patients' unique needs. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a well-structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' rehabilitation goals and needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and attentive care.
• Construct individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient-specific objectives.
• Employ a variety of therapy techniques to enhance patients' range of motion and mobility efficiently.
• Promote non-surgical interventions and explore alternative therapeutic strategies to mitigate pain and enhance recovery.
• Develop tailored fitness programs that support long-term physical health and functionality.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their therapeutic journey, cultivating a supportive atmosphere.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously to monitor progress and treatment outcomes effectively.
• Maintain open communication with patients and among the healthcare team for a cohesive treatment approach.
• Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust care plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries or surgeries, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with a diverse demographic ranging from athletes to seniors, emphasizing personalized care that meets their functional and lifestyle goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Clean professional history, with no disciplinary actions or issues associated with licensure.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software is preferred for efficient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement individualized patient care strategies effectively.
• Experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team for integrated patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
