Triumph and Wellness Physical Therapy invites applications for a full-time Physical Therapist position at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Metuchen, New Jersey. Work Environment

In our vibrant outpatient clinic, you will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to supporting patients on their recovery journeys. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to patients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals.
• Manage a controlled patient load, ensuring each patient receives adequate time and attention during therapy sessions.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to effectively assess patient conditions and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Utilize cost-efficient and evidence-based treatment methods to enhance patients' mobility and reduce the need for surgical interventions.
• Encourage a proactive approach to rehabilitation, promoting non-surgical alternatives and minimizing pharmaceutical reliance.
• Design and adapt fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique needs of each patient, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on their improvement and feedback.
• Document all therapy sessions using electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically Web PT, to ensure accurate patient tracking and compliance.
• Foster a motivating and supportive environment that empowers patients throughout their recovery process.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to create a cohesive approach to patient management, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings when necessary.

The primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patients range in age and mobility levels, requiring a compassionate and adaptable approach tailored to each individual's rehabilitation journey. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey with a clean record, free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• In-depth knowledge of manual therapy techniques and a proven track record of designing effective exercise programs that yield positive patient outcomes.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for precise documentation and patient management.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy practices and research-backed techniques to ensure optimal treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, particularly in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients and maintain long-term relationships focused on health improvement.
• Familiarity with sports medicine principles and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
