This full-time position is focused on providing individualized care in our state-of-the-art outpatient rehabilitation facility. Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our modern rehabilitation center, where you will interact closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Our working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a stable schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored physical therapy services that meet the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Manage a balanced patient load, ensuring personalized attention and comprehensive care for every individual.
• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement non-surgical treatment alternatives that emphasize functional improvements and reduce reliance on medications.
• Design and direct fitness and wellness programs customized to promote patient health and recovery.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques to facilitate healing and enhance mobility.
• Regularly engage with patients to motivate their adherence to treatment plans and foster a positive rehabilitative experience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Continuously track and evaluate the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans based on performance and patient feedback.
• Maintain precise and accurate documentation of all services provided, adhering to regulatory and best practice standards.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• A clean professional history with no sanctions or board proceedings affecting your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly Web PT, for seamless documentation.
• A commitment to staying current with physical therapy practices and research-supported methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly valued.
• Experience successfully managing cases with varied demographic backgrounds, particularly in sports medicine.
• Proven track record of utilizing evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and skill level.
