Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing medical histories and performing assessments to establish baseline levels and define treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities based on each patient's specific needs and evolving health status.

• Document all aspects of patient care, including detailed initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Maintain ongoing communication with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, addressing patients' progress and any changes in their condition that necessitate adjustments to their treatment plan.

• Engage in effective discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions from therapy to everyday activities, providing follow-up resources and recommendations.

• Participate in facility meetings, sharing insights on clinical practices and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of care.

• Stay current with industry standards and continuing education requirements, ensuring the delivery of up-to-date and evidence-based care to all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily focus on patients dealing with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
