Work Environment

This full-time position is conducted onsite in our innovative home care setting. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a consistent work schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans by assessing each patient's unique needs, goals, and health status.
• Maintain an optimal patient load, ensuring that each session allows for personalized attention and effective intervention.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to administer therapies that improve physical movement and functionality.
• Utilize cost-effective treatment modalities while emphasizing non-invasive alternatives to reduce medication dependency.
• Develop comprehensive care plans, incorporating a mix of therapeutic techniques tailored to enhance recovery.
• Design and customize fitness and wellness programs that align with the specific needs and abilities of each patient.
• Provide evidence-based treatment interventions, continuously monitoring and adapting care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Motivate patients through their rehabilitation process, instilling confidence and encouraging engagement in their treatment plans.
• Actively promote a healthy lifestyle incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination exercises.
• Collaborate effectively with various healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes using EMR software, particularly Web PT.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong ability to design effective exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Web PT, for efficient documentation practices.
• A strong foundation in contemporary physical therapy methodologies, supported by ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Track record of developing and implementing successful patient care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
