Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring adherence to individualized care plans.
• Engage directly with patients to administer a variety of treatment modalities, utilizing techniques specific to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine disciplines.
• Deliver assistance in promoting evidence-based practices within the facility, working synergistically with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring that each patient feels supported and valued throughout their recovery process.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on treatment modalities and home exercise programs to facilitate ongoing recovery.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and progress, contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (CPR).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective patient education and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Proficient in various computer applications and electronic documentation systems relevant to physical therapy practice.
• A genuine desire to build strong relationships with patients, supporting them to achieve and exceed their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training in areas like sports rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, or geriatric care will be highly regarded. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with outcome-based treatment models will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
