Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Lumturi, you will engage in various responsibilities, including:

• Evaluating patients' conditions and creating personalized treatment plans based on their needs and physician recommendations.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions designed to enhance physical function and promote healing.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care are achieved, utilizing research-driven methods to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Providing direct patient care in the clinic while also considering home-based therapy strategies as outlined in each patient's care plan.
• Consulting with, educating, and training patients, as well as their caregivers, to facilitate understanding and encourage active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintaining documentation and reporting progress as per medical guidelines, meeting minimum utilization goals along with other organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role allows you to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine-related challenges. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• An up-to-date CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and electronic health records.
• A commitment to fostering strong relationships with patients to support their rehabilitation and exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we also welcome candidates who have experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, pediatric care, or chronic pain management. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment technologies will be considered a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
